This soap is as soft as a cloud for those with sensitive skin.
Moisturising and cleansing, a Bastille soap is made with lots of Olive oil which will love your delicate skin. This recipe takes 3 months to cure, but it is worth it….
The scent comes from the Chamomile flowers that are infused into the oils and Lavender essential oils in the recipe. Sensitive skin doesn’t like too much essential oil, even pure natural ones, so this soap is very lightly scented in line with 1% US regulations for kids.
It’s delicate in every way possible..
I’ve removed some of the natural ingredients I use in other soaps that could possibly irritate very sensitive skin. The upside is that amazing for kids and those who have delicate skin yes, but the downside is that it doesn’t last as long as other soaps in humid bathrooms. This is a very soft soap, so try to keep it out of puddles of water so that it lasts longer.
This soap has had a name update as well as an updated look. It used to be called Cotton Cumulus
TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR SOAP…..
- Don’t leave soap in water for long periods of time as it will evaporate. Try to keep it in dry conditions if not in use as it will last longer.
- To get the best from the ingredients, you should use soap like you would wash your hair. Creating foam, then applying over your body and washing off at the end. This allows the ingredients a few minutes to connect with the skin, rather than being washed straight off.
- You should always moisturise your skin after washing to retain moisture.
WARNING
Everyone has different skin and even natural ingredients can irritate the skin. Always do a patch test with any product you put onto your skin. Stop using if any irritation is caused. Do not swallow. Keep out of eyes. If this occurs, rinse well with water. If any problems persist, consult a doctor.
