CALENDULA SALVE [HEALING MOISTURISER]

A quick absorbing salve that doesn’t sit on the skin, with ingredients that heal, nourish and moisturise as they absorb

The ingredients in this salve are chosen for their healing and moisturising properties. Jojoba oil is wonderful for the skin and is said to improve elasticity and signs of ageing in the skin. Calendula is a wonder plant to me. It’s sometimes called the Pot Marigold and has quite a distinctive, but lovely scent. It can help the skin to heal faster and improve overall skin health. The Vitamin E oil and Mango Butter are easily absorbed into the skin and provide skin loving and youth protecting benefits.  Lastly, the low wax content means that this particular salve absorbs much faster into the skin than other salves and balms and doesn’t leave a greasy residue behind. Sometimes balms and salves can sit on the skin and be greasy. In this one, I reduce the wax content, so that it absorbs quicker, giving you the benefit of it’s ingredients faster.

These salves are made fresh for you each time. Please allow a longer processing time than other products. You will be able to collect 3 days after purchase. We can also post these items, but due to their nature, collection is recommended.

This salve (softer version of a balm) is designed for body, hands and face. It is gentle enough for kids too.

TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR SALVE…..

• Due to the heat and humidity in Hong Kong, plus the low wax content, this salve can become soft in the heat. It won’t become liquid, but it will soften. When not in use, keep it in the fridge or in a cool environment to keep the salve firm.
• Balms and Salves don’t have the same shelf life as soap. Keep it in the fridge to extend it’s shelf life. You should use it within 6 months for best results. All of our salves and balms are made fresh for each customer, so you have the full 6 months from the time you receive it.

WARNING

Everyone has different skin and even natural ingredients can irritate the skin. Always do a patch test with any product you put onto your skin. Stop using if any irritation is caused. Do not swallow. Keep out of eyes. If this occurs, rinse well with water. If any problems persist, consult a doctor.
