The Poppy Seeds included in this soap offer a deep scrub if you need to awaken your skin. The citrus scent is a beautiful combination of lemons, oranges and limes, providing an amazing wake up getting your day off to a great start, while the poppy seeds renew your skin.

If you have Keratosis Pilaris or Chicken Skin, then shedding your dead skin and sebum is really important for a great skincare routine. Keratosis Pilaris is a condition where the skin produces excess sebum and needs regular scrubbing and moisture.

90% of the world’s population suffer from KP and many don’t even know….. The condition has raised, sometimes red bumps that become dry and itchy in severe cases. The citrus, lemony scent offers antibacterial properties and the soap itself will help to add moisture. If you do suffer from KP,  remember to moisturise regularly to improve your condition.

For those who are the lucky 10% without KP, this soap can still be used, but we recommend only using once a week. For those with KP, every 2 to 3 days is a better usage rate.

TO GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR SOAP…..

• Don’t leave soap in water for long periods of time as it will evaporate. Try to keep it in dry conditions if not in use as it will last longer.
• To get the best from the ingredients, you should use soap like you would wash your hair. Creating foam, then applying over your body and washing off at the end. This allows the ingredients a few minutes to connect with the skin, rather than being washed straight off.
• You should always moisturise your skin after washing to retain moisture.
